Walmart has updated thier COUPON POLICY!!!

Walmart is stepping up to the plate. They have surprisingly updated their corporate coupon policy in a VERY good way! Here’s my favorite change…

Coupons may exceed the price of the item. Change may be given or applied toward the cost of the basket purchase.
